Hi everyone!! My name is Oscar Daniel Medina Pintor, I am an artist and photography teacher based in Texas.  I am originally from Mexico born in a small town called Cardenas, San Luis Potosi and I never forget my roots.  The name Pintor actually means painter in spanish and I do belive that I uphold that name as I do come from a family of artists and educators.  I am passionate in all forms of art and want to learn more and able to create a variety of works, but through photography I believe in preservation, capturing a candid moment full of natural emotion that will last forever.  As an educator, I am very empathetic and strive for my students to develop their own style of photography, grow creatively and gain confidence in their work.

In my spare time, I am watching movies and a tub of popcorn, my next goal is to make a short film.
